• Bring learning to life through personalized, engaging instruction for students with diverse needs
• Create and implement IEPs that support each learner’s unique strengths and goals
• Use fun, inclusive teaching strategies to help students thrive in all learning environments
• Track progress with care, adjusting approaches to keep students motivated and growing
• Build a warm, supportive classroom vibe where students feel safe, valued, and confident
• Team up with families, teachers, and specialists to create a strong support network
• Keep organized records to ensure students get the accommodations they need

🎓 What You Bring

• Degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certificate/licensure in Special Education
• 2+ years of experience working with students with special needs
• Strong knowledge of accommodations & modifications for diverse learners
• A joyful spirit, patience, and a student‑first mindset
• Great communication and collaboration skills
