Elementary Teachers
Position Overview
Elementary Teachers are responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction in Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies for students in K–5 levels. This role focuses on building strong foundational skills, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring lessons align with state curriculum standards. Teachers may work across multiple grade levels and collaborate with school staff to support student growth and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects aligned with curriculum standards
Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and performance evaluations
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student well‑being
Integrate technology and modern teaching strategies into daily instruction
Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school administrators
Participate in professional development and school‑wide initiatives
Prepare instructional materials and maintain accurate student records
Collaborate with grade‑level teams to ensure consistent academic goals
Support students’ social‑emotional development through guidance and classroom routines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
Valid teaching certificate/license (K–5 or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an elementary setting
Strong proficiency in Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies
Familiarity with state curriculum standards and assessment practices
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to work with diverse learners and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Preferred Skills
Experience teaching in multicultural or international school environments
Knowledge of U.S. school systems and instructional expectations
Ability to integrate digital tools and learning platforms
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
